Senior Automation Specialist
Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

EY GDS Service Excellence team’s purpose is to drive efficiencies in the way EY teams operate and deliver service to both internal and external customers. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that enhance efficiency and quality across business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative tools and dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making.
Your key responsibilities
- Cover the entire automation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and process analysis to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business insights.
- Active participation in the process optimization and process analysis
- Create and implement best practices for process improvement across all GDS Locations
- In the role, you will also communicate and report quality data, issues, non-compliance, process gaps through measurements
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience in process optimization, identifying process gaps, as well as creating and implementing improvement ideas
- Fluent English skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Desktop, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Solid understanding in VBA and Power Query for advanced data manipulation.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio to create agents is an asset
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical mindset, but also creative and a “can do” attitude
