Right now, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions to leading organizations across the EMEA region.

 

The opportunity


You will work with SAP Human Resources solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, applying industry best practices to implementation and transformation projects. You will deliver business advisory services in the area of transformation and enterprise management systems, supporting process implementations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will manage both greenfield and brownfield implementations using SAP Activate and hybrid delivery methodologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring implementation quality and managing the local SuccessFactors team.

 

Your key responsibilities


As part of our team, you will help clients transform their HR functions by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics. You will advise on SAP Human Capital Management solutions, support implementation and transformation projects, review processes post-implementation, and coordinate key project activities to ensure successful delivery and business value.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking is considered a significant advantage.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle management processes in global organizations.
  • Expertise in translating complex business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with data models and proficiency in XML, particularly in the context of employee data.
  • Advanced configuration skills based on Solution Design and Configuration Workbooks and Business Blueprint documentation.
  • Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts with a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows, with the ability to mentor others in these areas.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience guiding project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
  • Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.
  • Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • German or other language knowledge
  • Good understanding of HR business processes
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters suite
