Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a SAP Logistic Senior Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team to navigate clients through IT transformation journeys by implementation cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players.

The opportunity

In this particular role, as a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working in the SAP Order to cash  Purchase to pay, Supply chain and Manufacturing area. You will have opportunity to work in SAP Hana solution in all of this area for large customer in industry / food producer sector. You will be as well responsible of managing Team of SAP consultant from those areas.

Your key responsibilities

Your key responsibility will be to play stream lead role in SAP Logistic area. You will help our clients to successfully plan and go through IT transformations in order to implement new solutions offered by SAP.

You will be asked to support definition of the solution in  greenfield and brownfield or technical upgrade implementations using various methodologies i.e. Agile. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

• Readiness to participate in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.
• Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience in any of SAP area (OTC P2P manufacturing /SC EWM  TM /Technology)
• Experience in Business Development and management of experts of SAP team
• Experience in end-2-end project implementation
• Knowledge in Functional/Technical SAP Architecture definition
• Great understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Strive for Continuous Improvement and Growth
• Project Stream and Team Lead experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

• German, French or other language knowledge
• Great sense of humour
• Courage to lead
