Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
As a Consultant within our Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management (DI&PAM) you will be technically minded and process oriented, providing support and advice to our clients on a daily basis. You will belong to an international team of specialists helping our clients with their most complex information security needs and contributing toward their business resilience.
As a Junior CyberArk Developer, you will be an integral part of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, assisting in the development, implementation, and support of CyberArk solutions. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of privileged access management and cybersecurity.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of CyberArk PAM solutions, including configuration and customization of the CyberArk platform.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts and platforms into the CyberArk environment, ensuring compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk functionalities.
- Participate in system audits and contribute to identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Engage in cross-training with team members to enhance knowledge and skills in CyberArk and PAM best practices.
- Monitor the CyberArk environment for unusual activities and assist in incident response efforts.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the PAM space to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and maintenance activities under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to compliance and regulatory activities by providing necessary documentation and support.
Skills and attributes for success
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
- Having experience/knowledge in following technologies: JAVA, REST API, LDAP, SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), PKI will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Linux and database systems.
- Should have good understanding in concepts such as identity lifecycle, self-service, automated approval process, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties and recertification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Knowledge of CyberArk PAM solutions or similar Identity and Access Management tools with proven 1-3 years of experience
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Readiness to travel
- Very good command of English
Ideally, you’ll also have
- CyberArk Defender certification
- ITIL certification
