Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

As a CyberArk Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing CyberArk solutions that enhance our organization's privileged access management capabilities. You will leverage your extensive experience in CyberArk architecture, compliance management, and technical requirements to support the development of robust security frameworks. Joining a dynamic team, you will be responsible for defining CyberArk architecture, developing governance frameworks, and providing architectural and technical leadership for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Design and implement CyberArk architecture for various projects, including configurations, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop Role Governance Frameworks and policies that address business risks and compliance standards.
  • Conduct business analysis for CyberArk and PAM tools, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design future state processes for CyberArk implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices in privileged access management.
  • Lead the execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot projects for CyberArk solutions, providing architectural and technical support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the organization, including DORA and other relevant frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk solutions into existing security architectures.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the PAM space to drive innovation and enhance security posture.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical IAM/PAM specifications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and their implications for IAM/PAM practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • +10 years of experience in IAM/PAM architecture and compliance management, with a strong focus on CyberArk solutions.
  • Mandatory certification as a CyberArk PAM Sentry, CDE or Guardian.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficient in English, with additional language skills being a plus.

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • CISSP, CISM, CIAM Certification
  • ITIL certification

 

What we look for

 

What we look for in a Junior CyberArk Developer is a technically minded individual with a strong foundation in CyberArk PAM solutions or similar Identity and Access Management tools, complemented by scripting skills in languages like PowerShell or Python. We value candidates who possess analytical problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and collaborate within a diverse team environment. A basic understanding of relevant technologies and a readiness to travel are also essential attributes for success in this role.
