Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

As a People Analytics Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic workforce decisions across EY. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven insights through business-as-usual reporting, compliance and legal reporting, management reporting, advanced analytics, and dashboard development.

Working closely with global stakeholders, Talent teams, and technology partners, you will contribute to the continuous evolution of People Analytics capabilities by transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a People Analytics Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver business-as-usual (BAU), compliance, legal, strategic, and management reporting.

  • Collaborate with Consulting, Analytics, Talent and Digital teams to develop scalable reporting solutions.

  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools that provide actionable business insights.

  • Support advanced and predictive analytics initiatives to help leadership make informed decisions.

  • Gather and translate complex business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions.

  • Develop and enhance SuccessFactors and other reporting solutions to support business needs.

  • Perform data engineering, analysis, and visualization activities to improve decision-making.

  • Partner with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reporting services effectively.

  • Support the implementation and enhancement of People Analytics technologies and reporting capabilities.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor data quality, integrity, and usability across reporting environments.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, process optimization, and best practices.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Oracle, or similar HR systems.

  • Experience working with HR, Talent, Workforce Analytics, or People Analytics functions.

  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and transform them into reporting solutions.

  • Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

  • Strong record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results.

 

Ideally, you'll also have

 

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Professional certifications related to analytics, business intelligence, reporting, HR technology, or data management.
  • Experience working with predictive analytics and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations.
