Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who loves connecting with people, create positive experience and make a positive impact during onboarding process,
• Tell a story to candidates using a range of presentation skills, linking insights to the business strategy. 

Your key responsibilities

• Work on scheduled and ad’hoc HR onboarding activities
• Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees
• Supporting recruitment activities
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
• Being a point of contact and advisory for candidates and new employees

Skills and attributes for success

• Presentation skills
• Experience in recruitment is nice to have
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills — clear, influential and concise
