Junior Talent Onboarding Specialist
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who loves connecting with people, create positive experience and make a positive impact during onboarding process,
- Tell a story to candidates using a range of presentation skills, linking insights to the business strategy.
Your key responsibilities
- Work on scheduled and ad’hoc HR onboarding activities
- Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion
- Being a point of contact and advisory for candidates and new employees
Skills and attributes for success
- Presentation skills
- Experience in recruitment is nice to have
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills — clear, influential and concise
- Attention to Detail
- Adaptability to Changes in Business Priorities
- Flexibility in Plans and Processes
- Professional Representation
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Solutioning skills
- Knowledge on Success factors HR system is an advantage
