Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
Working as part of Talent team, HR Specialist is primarily responsible for responding to a diverse range of employees’ queries over the telephone and email, providing HR administration support, maintain employee data within various systems and to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in daily operations
Your key responsibilities
- Providing HR administration daily support to employees.
- Support general HR activities and programs
- Delivering a mix of regular, ad hoc and custom built reports, monitoring KPI and HR metrics ensuring that the reports are on time and to the expected quality (headcount, dashboard, compensation, etc.). These reports will support both local and global reporting requirements.
- Performing validation of reported data
- Providing data analysis, insight and interpretation if required
- Performance and administration of core HR processes, including compensation, benefits, payroll and associated reporting. The individual will be asked to suggest improvement areas and opportunities to automate or enhance ways of working.
Skills and attributes for success
- about 1 year of experience in administration or similar type of job
- English language skills – spoken, verbal and written
- Familiarity of Polish labour law
- Good PC skills required including Microsoft Office proficiency- especially in Excel
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to focus and good attention to detail
- Team player, energetic, open-minded personality
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills in order to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially
- Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence
- Availability within 1 month
- 18-month fixed-term contract
