Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a top-notch technology savvy specialists willing to move our projects on the new track! You will use the most advanced technology stack and have an opportunity to implement new solutions while working  with top leaders in Government & Infrastructure sector. You will be part of our global team and you will participate in international projects.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Serve as a key Go-To-Market (GTM) Solution Architect for the Government & Infrastructure sector, focusing on pre-sales solutioning and the successful delivery of cloud data and AI solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales and account teams to thoroughly understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Lead the Cloud Data Architecture and Delivery teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and capabilities to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet sector-specific needs
  • Engage in client meetings and workshops to gather insights, refine solution offerings, and present compelling business cases that demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions
  • Develop and present tailored Go-To-Market strategies and solutions that align with best practices in the Government and Infrastructure sector, particularly in the context of AI and data analytics
  • Assume additional technical, organizational, or coordination roles as required to support project success and ensure seamless delivery
  • Strategically leverage professional networks to drive innovation, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Expertise in solving complex business problems at scale, with a focus on the Government & Infrastructure sector
  • Experience participating in cross-functional initiatives and collaborating across various domains
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with specialists, managers, and partners from diverse backgrounds globally

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Proven experience in the Government, Public, and Infrastructure sectors
  • In-depth understanding of sector trends, solutions, and challenges
  • 8+ years of professional, hands-on experience in building complex AI and data solutions
  • Experience in an Architect role, including designing and building complex data solutions
  • Experience with Azure or AWS cloud products and services
  • Familiarity with data fabric, data mesh, and data vault concepts
  • Ability to facilitate design discussions and communicate architectural decisions effectively
  • Experience in creating reliable solution plans in collaboration with business and multidisciplinary teams, including cost estimation and delivery approaches
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues related to regulations, industry practices, and new application technologies
  • Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French or German
  • Experience in machine learning and deep learning, with exposure to large language models (LLMs)
