Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Our Global recruiting team (Virtual Talent Hub) identifies talent for executive and experienced level roles based in the Americas, CESA and APAC; We design and deliver talent sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY organization of the future. Our team focuses on recruiting in-demand and niche skilled professionals and providing market insights to our leaders around the globe.
The Talent Attraction Specialist is part of a high performing global team; A typical day will see you using an array of sourcing strategies and tools to identify, engage and qualify top talent to present to the hiring teams and Recruiters. You will partner closely with the assigned Recruiters to maintain a relationship with your identified candidates until hire. A close connection exists between the Experienced Recruiters and Talent Attraction Specialists, working together to fulfill EY hiring goals across the globe.
The TA Specialist builds strong internal and external relationships across EY so as to increase the pipeline of referrals, internal candidates and prospects for current and future openings. By developing a deep understanding of your assigned market and business line, you will successfully promote and sell career pathways at EY.
Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters and senior Talent Attraction professionals to identify and engage candidates for roles in CESA.
- Utilize a range of sourcing tools to assist in identifying potential candidates and building a talent pipeline.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process by providing information about EY’s vision, culture, and values.
- Screen applicants from the ATS for current opportunities and document preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams.
- Support the development of talent communities and assist in managing referral campaigns.
- Gather and analyze basic market data to support decision-making in sourcing strategies.
- Participate in regular meetings with Recruiters and stakeholders to align on targets and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of candidate marketing materials and techniques.

- Basic experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably for entry to mid-level roles.
- Familiarity with online sourcing tools and techniques.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in talent attraction and recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background.
