The opportunity
EY’s Supply Chain Services help connect our people to leading services and suppliers. Supply Chain Services was launched as part of EY’s NextWave strategic initiative to simplify our business and strengthen EY’s overall supply chain. A key function under Business Enablement, Supply Chain Services is a global team with more than 600 professionals with representation in more than 35 countries.
This role sits within the SCS Reporting & Analytics team, supporting Global Procurement by delivering trusted, actionable reporting and analytics that enable informed decision-making, enhance stakeholder experience, and drive business value.
Global Procurement comprises approximately 350 professionals across 30+ countries, managing US$6B in third-party spend and supporting thousands of stakeholders annually across EY member firms. Given the scale and complexity of the function, accurate, high-quality reporting and data-driven insights are critical to managing operations, measuring performance, and delivering exceptional client service.
As a strategic partner, trusted advisor and subject matter expert, the successful candidate will support Global Procurement and SCS leadership by providing expertise across reporting, analytics, data governance, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Your key responsibilities
- Define and execute the Global Procurement Reporting & Analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Procurement, SCS, and EY strategic priorities.
- Leveraging best in class reporting experience and innovation to deliver meaningful, highly utilized, high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting and analytics solutions aligned to Global Procurement and key Supply Chain Metrics
- Point contact for senior procurement stakeholders for data driven queries
- Collaborate with senior Procurement stakeholders to understand the business and reporting needs whilst bringing ideas forward to future of reporting. This should include leveraging AI agents, emerging technologies and automation to deliver accurate reporting when required
- Ability to successfully collaborate with technical teams to strengthen the reporting and data foundation, driving data strategy, architecture, integration, AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver a scalable, trusted, and future-ready analytics ecosystem.
- Develop impactful dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and high utilization
- Ability to connect business requirements with reporting excellence to translate complex data and analytics into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting and analytics through standardisation, simplification, robust governance, and best-practice operating models.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues by collaborating with business, process, and technology teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, analytics technologies, and AI advancements to continuously enhance team capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing reporting and analytics team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of trusted, timely, and highly utilized reporting and analytics solutions; high stakeholder satisfaction; improved data quality and governance; increased adoption of AI, automation, and self-service capabilities; measurable business impact from data-driven insights; and the development of a high-performing, innovative Reporting & Analytics team.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proven experience in Global Procurement, Supply Chain Services, and reporting & analytics environments.
- Experience in SAP Ariba and Docusign solutions critical
- Demonstrated experience delivering reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric and other analytics platforms.
- Intermediate to Advance Data science capabilities required. Experience in development of Descriptive Analytics, Diagnostic Analytics, Predictive Analytics and AI Agents & Automation
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Operations, or related fields. Extensive knowledge of data quality, governance, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and data management leadership.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and effectively influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex, global cross-functional initiatives, balancing competing priorities and resolving challenges to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience identifying and implementing automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and adopting emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related professional certifications desirable.
