Location: Katowice - 2 days office/3 days remote

We are looking for French-speaking candidates, who would like to perform various administrative tasks and support our internal client.

Your key responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the organization by supporting key company executives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars (scheduling meetings, conference calls, and video calls)
- Preparing presentations, reports, and other business materials
- Organizing travel arrangements and processing expenses for Directors / Partners
- Understanding and anticipating the business needs of Senior Management
- Closely collaborating with various teams and colleagues across the organization
- Handling a wide range of administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks
Skills and attributes for success
- Fluency in English
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative or client support roles
- Enjoyment of working on a variety of administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, open‑minded attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Strong customer orientation
- High attention to detail
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within deadlines
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to self-educate and seek additional knowledge
- Positive attitude with willingness to provide the highest level of client service
