Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery centre network by EY.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Designer Intern who will play a key role in supporting design‐driven tasks across our projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in visual communication, presentation design, and creative research. You will work closely with project teams to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations, adapt CVs and visual materials, and perform visual benchmarking (e.g., gathering references for specific features across other apps and platforms).

This role is ideal for students or early professionals with a passion for digital design, visual storytelling, and creative problem-solving.

Your key responsibilities

  • Create and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
  • Adapt and visually optimize CVs, team profiles, and other document templates
  • Conduct visual benchmarking by gathering reference examples of design patterns, UI features, and visual styles used in other apps or digital products
  • Support teams with layout improvements, formatting, and visual consistency
  • Assist in the creation of design assets for various project needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure brand and quality standards are met

Skills and attributes for success

  • Students or early professionals with education or interest in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or similar fields
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of PowerPoint; familiarity with graphic tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and format CVs, profiles, and other visual deliverables consistently
  • Interest in visual benchmarking and ability to collect organized sets of reference materials
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new design techniques
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of another European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) is an advantage

What working with us offers

As part of the EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) network—a dynamic, truly global organization spanning nine countries—you will work with diverse teams and well-known brands from across the world. You will have access to a broad ecosystem of people, learning, and insights that will support your development throughout your career.

You will also receive:

  • 3-month full-time paid internship (March 1st – May 31st, 2026)
  • Opportunity to extend the contract after the internship
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days in the office (Katowice) + 1 day remote
  • Development of both technical and soft skills in a global environment
  • Ongoing support, coaching, and feedback from experienced colleagues and managers
  • Access to learning platforms such as Udemy, Skillsoft, and internal trainings

If you feel this role matches your skills and ambitions, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
