Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Are you well‑organized, communicative, and comfortable coordinating information in an international environment? We are looking for someone who speaks French fluently and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly—rather than a technical specialist.
In this role, you will support our team by coordinating reporting activities, helping manage information flows, and ensuring that key data is collected, verified, and shared on time. You will work closely with colleagues from France, supporting initiatives such as EY Ripples, travel‑related reporting, and philanthropy programs.
This position is ideal for someone who values structure, clarity, and teamwork. You don’t need advanced ESG or data expertise—only strong organization skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly in French and English. Your key responsibilities
EY Ripples Reporting:
- Support the quarterly reporting process by coordinating the collection and entry of participant data into EY tools
- Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of information
Greenhouse Gas Emissions & Travel Dashboards:
- Coordinate the gathering and preparation of travel‑related data (particularly for EY France)
- Update the travel dashboards twice per month and ensure the information remains consistent and reliable
Enablon Reporting:
- Assist in managing quarterly inputs required for global ESG reporting
Training Tracking:
- Monitor the status of employee training completion.
- Prepare follow‑up lists to support consistent participation and compliance
Philanthropy & Sponsorship Administration - rovide coordination and administrative support for new and recurring requests related to:
- PACE – skills-based philanthropy
- BRIDGE – financial sponsorships & philanthropic partnerships
- ARIBA – including collaborations such as Opéra National de Paris
Financial & Administrative Follow-Up:
- Monitor purchase orders and payment progress for donations and services.
- Maintain a master document summarizing sponsorships and philanthropic engagements (agreements, contributions, hours, values).
- Coordinate the signature workflow and archive validated agreements
- Organize and track fiscal receipts to ensure transparency and compliance.
Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B1 level
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- You are very proactive and open minded
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent communications and strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to manage recurring reporting deadlines and coordinate across multiple teams
- You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
- Interest in ESG, corporate philanthropy, DEI, and sustainability initiatives
