Location: Katowice - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
As a PAM Manager within our Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management practice, you will lead and deliver Privileged Access Management initiatives for global clients, including organizations operating in regulated industries such as financial services.
This role combines project and program management responsibilities with deep PAM expertise. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and delivery teams to define PAM roadmaps, oversee implementations, manage risks, and support the adoption of privileged access management capabilities across complex enterprise environments.
Your key responsibilities
- Define PAM strategy, roadmaps, and target operating models.
- Lead PAM assessments, maturity reviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
- Guide the design and implementation of PAM solutions based on CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea Secret Server.
- Drive privileged access governance, operational process adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical architects and engineering teams to align delivery with enterprise security architecture.
- Support business cases, implementation plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations.
- Lead PAM projects and transformation programs from initiation through delivery and transition to operations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate distributed delivery teams across global enterprise environments.
Skills and attributes for success
- Proven leadership experience in delivering Privileged Access Management programs and projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business and security requirements into PAM solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
- Experience working within global and complex enterprise environments.
- Strong project and program management capabilities with a focus on delivery excellence.
- Knowledge of modern cybersecurity and identity security practices.
- AI proficiency at both a personal and professional level.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and Privileged Access Management, including at least 3 years in a management or project leadership role.
- Proven experience managing PAM projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
Hands-on experience with at least one leading PAM platform:
- CyberArk
- BeyondTrust
- Delinea (formerly Thycotic) Secret Server
Strong understanding of:
- Privileged Account Management
- Password Vaulting
- Privileged Session Management
- Just-in-Time (JIT) Access
- Least Privilege principles
- Privileged Threat Analytics
- Application-to-Application Credential Management
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts, servers, applications, databases, and cloud platforms into PAM solutions.
Experience with cloud and hybrid environments, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Microsoft Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Ideally, you’ll also have
- PAM-related certifications, such as CyberArk Certified Delivery Architect (Sentry or Guardian).
- CISSP, CISM, or CIAM certification.
- ITIL certification.
Understanding of regulatory and security frameworks, including:
- DORA
- NIS2
- SOX
- PCI DSS
- ISO 27001
- NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
