Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
Your key responsibilities
As a Data Visualization Engineer, you are responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enable our clients and business partners to make efficient decisions with ease. You are able to design and implement reports, dashboards and data models using tools like Power BI.
Additionally, you will participate in early‑stage exploration of new capabilities within BI platforms, evaluating feasibility, suggesting improvements, and supporting innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing data‑driven decision‑making.
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding business needs and fulfilling them with the right solution, including validating new concepts and proposing innovative visualization approaches.
- Participation in a cross-functional initiatives and collaboration across various domains, including exploratory work on data modelling and new BI functionalities.
- Interacting with data engineers, product/project managers from all over the world to co‑create modern and forward‑looking analytical solutions.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 2+ years of commercial experience in similar role.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Experience in using various data sources, e.g. SQL, flat files, web sources.
- Understanding and experience in relational and multidimensional databases design and implementation.
- Experience in converting business problems/challenges to technical solutions, including conceptual solution outlines or prototype dashboards
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style, open to testing new ideas and approaches.
- Very good English (verbal and written).
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Communicative level of French (preferred), German or Spanish.
- Experience in using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience with AI powered functionalities of Business Intelligence tools, including experimenting with emerging features.
- Experience in developing ETLs.
