The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 F&O Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region. 

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in the area of MS DYNAMICS 365 F&O. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 F&O solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• 4+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O implementations in areas such as:
• Finance – Modules like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Project Management & Accounting, Tax, Management/Financial reporter, GAAP and the business process of Record to Report, Acquire to Dispose, Order to Cash and Source to Pay.

OR

• Supply Chain Management - Inventory, Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production, Advanced Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and the business process of Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Inventory to Deliver, Forecast to Plan and Plan to Produce.

• Be able to facilitate and manage discovery workshops with business teams in the finance/supply chain functional area.
• Experience in configuration, parameter setup, functions
• Compile Functional Requirements Documents and conceptualizing future state business processes.
• Identifying and defining system GAPs.
• Unit and regression testing, developing test scripts.
• Super User training, developing end user training material.
• Overall understanding of D365 F&O deployment methods, Azure and LCS.
• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Expertise in creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Skills in developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Strong planning and executing data migration activities
• Test planning and execution skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Higher Education Degree 
• Knowledge of the functional areas of D365 F&O – Finance OR SCM, Microsoft Success by Design, Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Azure ecosystem including Azure DevOps.
• Valid Microsoft functional certifications
• Knowledge about system enhancements
• Communicative level of German or other European languages
