Business Support Specialist for Vendor Onboarding
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and accountable professional to join the BRIDGE team to handle GDS Poland. This role is part of the SCS team and focuses on pre-purchase activities including vendor onboarding and ensuring risk compliance through the BRIDGE internal process.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end vendor onboarding, ensuring full compliance with risk‑management requirements through the BRIDGE process.
- Collaborate with service line requestors to collect, verify and validate business requirements.
- Partner closely with Procurement, Risk Management, Independence, and Finance to ensure smooth and timely process completion.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for all onboarding and compliance activities.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, delivering high‑quality outputs with accountability and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with service lines in both English and Polish.
Skills and attributes for success
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases
- You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
- You are a good team player and can organize teamwork
- You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
- Experience with compliance processes will be considered a strong asset
