Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for leading, managing and delivering transformation projects for international customers using a variety of methodologies, including Agile (SCRUM and SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to achieve project success and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Hybrid delivery for product and transformation programs (including AI-enabled initiatives). Translate outcomes into a clear backlog, schedule, and change plans; bring structure and stability in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts.
- Build and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets, track progress and report accurately.
- Engage in client consulting to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions; support business development via pipeline growth, upsell/cross‑sell, and executive stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, other) to manage and deliver projects, facilitating core ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Apply Waterfall where appropriate, with rigorous planning, execution, monitoring, and stage‑gate governance.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation/contingency plans and track to closure with timely escalations.
- Maintain transparent stakeholder communication via regular reports, with escalations as needed. Step in as the change owner to lead impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, readiness, and adoption tracking.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Min 4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, with a strong background in both Agile (SCRUM and SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in an international corporate environment, managing projects across different time zones and cultures.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Trello/Miro).

- SAP delivery experience (ECC/S/4HANA) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled initiatives (analytics/ML/genAI) from use-case discovery and PoCs to production and adoption is desirable.
- Certifications: PSM/CSM, SAFe (preferred) or equivalent Agile certifications are highly desirable, PMP or equivalent is a plus.
- English fluency is a must; German and additional EU languages are desirable.
