Location: Katowice - hybrid

The opportunity:

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager (Business Consultant) to lead and support the delivery of complex business and technology transformations for our clients. In this role, you will combine hands-on Agile leadership (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) with strong project delivery fundamentals (planning, governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management). You will work closely with Italian-speaking stakeholders; therefore, Italian at B2/C1 level is mandatory

As an Agile Project Manager, you will contribute to delivering high-impact initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients—supporting Agile ways of working while ensuring clear delivery governance and strong client partnership.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Guide, coach, and support delivery teams in applying Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver high-quality outcome
  • Build high performing teams by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
  • Coach the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicate effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
  • Work with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams
  • Resolve team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
  • Work with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role and demonstrate Servant leadership skills
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization
  • Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, particularly in Italian and English
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in dynamic environments
  • Proven stakeholder management and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Cultural awareness and experience working in international contexts

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Italian language proficiency at B2 or C1 level (mandatory) – written and spoken
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar delivery role
  • Solid practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe is a plus)
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, QA, UX)
  • Strong command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Ability to translate business needs into delivery plans and execution strategies

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PSPO, PMI‑ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Agile)
  • Experience working with Italian clients or within Italian market contexts
  • Background in technology, digital products, or software delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.)
  • Experience in scaled or multi‑team Agile environments
