Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Agentic Process Automation (APA) Developer works within a technologically versatile team located in Poland, providing consulting services to biggest market players in EMEIA region and around the globe.

You will work as part of a team that designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports different types of solutions using Power Platform, RPA and other modern technologies. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the financial markets within the challenging projects.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

In this role you will predominantly:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy intelligent and agentic automation solutions using a range of APA platforms, AI/ML services, and low-code/no-code development tools.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and re-engineer them for optimal automation using agentic approaches.
  • Integrate APA solutions with various enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Develop and maintain conversational agents, AI-powered assistants, or autonomous task executors that enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed automations, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in APA, generative AI, LLMs, RPA, and related automation technologies

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

We are looking for experienced individuals with RPA and/or Power Platform skills, ready to further develop their technical and consulting skills across a variety of business processes, who are able to work independently but also as a part of a team.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, with a strong understanding of Agentic Process Automation principles.
  • Knowledge of one or more automation platforms (e.g., MS Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI-driven automation tools) and a track record of successful implementation and roll-out.
  • Experience working with transformation and improvements in business processes through automation.
  • Excellent ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementation plans and working solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#).

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience with .Net framework.
  • Experience in frontend development (e.g., React, Angular) for creating user interfaces for automated solutions or dashboards.
  • Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data manipulation.
  • Python or R experience, particularly for data science, machine learning, or advanced scripting tasks.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI capabilities into automation solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and their AI/ML or automation services.
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering technical training or leading technology adoption initiatives.
  • Knowledge of API design and integration (REST, SOAP).
