The opportunity
You will lead the growth and delivery of a groundbreaking AI Security capability supporting some of our most strategic global customers. The role combines leadership, business development, cybersecurity expertise, and AI proficiency to help organizations adopt AI securely and responsibly. You will work at the intersection of Cybersecurity, AI, Risk, and Digital Transformation, collaborating with senior client stakeholders, technology leaders, and global delivery teams.
As an AI Security Manager, you will be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the successful delivery of AI Security engagements. You will play a key role in shaping our market presence and helping clients address emerging AI security challenges while unlocking business value from AI adoption.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a visionary AI Security team.
- Drive recruitment, career development and capability growth.
- Participate and pursue new AI Security opportunities.
- Lead proposals, client presentations and strategic pursuits.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders including C-level and AI Business and Operational leaders.
- Develop and manage strategic customer relationships to support long-term growth in key accounts – lead by example
- Oversee delivery of strategic engagements.
- Ensure quality, profitability, customer satisfaction and risk management.
- Support development of new service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, AI Security, Information Security and Technology Consulting.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise across one or more of the following: architecture, cloud, identity, governance, application security, security operations or data protection.
- Mandatory AI proficiency, including AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs and AI-enabled business processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading consulting teams and complex client engagements.
- Experience in business development, pipeline growth and sales pursuits.
- Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and trusted advisor status.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent command of English (B2 preferred)
- Experience in both Cybersecurity and AI strongly preferred.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Agentic AI Security.
- Strategic Account management experience.
- Experience presenting to C-level and senior stakeholders
- Experience with large IT & Cyber transformation projects
- Threat landscape experience
