Your key responsibilities 

• AI application development, translating business ideas and technology requirements into concrete IT plans, software architectures and code 

• Monitor technology trends and perform R&D activities in AI\ML area 

• Ensure modern AI/Gen AI best practices are applied 

• Develop, validate and deploy AI models. 

• Establish and maintain development standards/best practices 

• Analyze the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability. 

• Share the knowledge on the best ML Engineering practices with the team 

Skills and attributes for success 

• 3+ years of experience in AI development. 

• Strong programming skills, with expertise in languages like Python with a good knowledge of ML, Data and API libraries. 

• Experience with AI models and its development. 

• Experience with Cloud Computing  (Azure, AWS, Dockers, Kubernetes etc) 

• Hands-on experience with application integration via REST API 

• Knowledge of database techniques like SQL, NoSQL databases 

• Experienced in Deep Learning (Tensorflow/pyTorch sklearn, xgboost) 

• Experience in Agentic AI developments frameworks , protocols and Agent to agent interoperability. 

• Interest in understanding functional and industry business challenges. 

• Strong in Engineering mathematics methods: advanced linear algebra, probability, and statistics 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 Expertise in Big Data, Data Modelling 

• Experience working with SAP platforms SAP GenAI Hub - SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad, SAP DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud. 

• Understanding of AI capabilities in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and Databricks 

• Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world 

• Experience in MLOps.
