The opportunity

We are looking for a digitally minded HR Transformation consultant to support the design and adoption of AI-enabled HR solutions, Microsoft Copilot use cases, employee experience solutions, and digital HR productivity initiatives. The role will focus on identifying practical AI and automation opportunities across HR and helping clients move from ideas to adoption.

The successful candidate will support the development of HR AI use cases, Copilot-enabled ways of working, employee self-service concepts, knowledge management, automation opportunities, digital adoption plans, and change enablement. This role is ideal for someone who is excited about the future of HR, understands HR processes, and can translate emerging technology into tangible business value.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify and design AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot use cases across HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, learning, employee engagement, workforce insights, employee self-service, and knowledge management.
• Support clients in defining HR AI strategy, use case prioritization, business value, adoption roadmap, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
• Develop practical Copilot and Microsoft 365-enabled HR productivity scenarios, including drafting, summarization, knowledge retrieval, meeting productivity, employee communications, and HR content creation.
• Support employee experience and digital workplace initiatives using Microsoft 365, Viva, Copilot, Power Platform, portals, workflow, and collaboration tools.
• Work with HR and technology stakeholders to define requirements for employee self-service, HR chatbots/agents, knowledge bases, case management, and process automation.
• Create demos, proof-of-concepts, playbooks, training materials, adoption guides, and workshop materials.
• Support client proposals and internal HRT capability development around AI in HR and digital enablement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in HR transformation, digital HR, employee experience, HR operations, HR technology, or Microsoft 365 adoption.
• Strong interest or experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Viva, Teams, SharePoint, knowledge management, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Understanding of HR processes and common HR service delivery pain points.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical digital or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Awareness of responsible AI, data privacy, security, adoption, and change management considerations.
• Experience creating demos, prototypes, personas, journeys, or digital adoption materials is preferred.
