The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Transformation professional in Senior Consultant to Manager grades to support the growth of EY’s HR Transformation capability in Pakistan. The role will focus on helping clients design, implement, optimize, and enable cloud-based HR solutions, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology ecosystems.

The successful candidate will work across the employee lifecycle, supporting HR technology strategy, process design, solution implementation, system optimization, data and integration considerations, and business readiness. This role is ideal for someone who understands both HR processes and enabling technologies, and who can translate client business requirements into practical, scalable HR technology solutions

Your key responsibilities

• Support SAP SuccessFactors programs across strategy, design, implementation, optimization and post-go-live enablement.
• Lead or contribute to workshops covering core HR, talent, recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, workforce planning and employee data.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, configuration considerations and implementation plans.
• Support HR technology strategy, vendor evaluation, platform roadmaps and HR IT operating model work.
• Coordinate with technology and implementation teams on integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and deployment readiness.
• Contribute to proposals, estimates, demonstrations, client presentations, thought leadership and reusable EY assets.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in HR technology transformation, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Functional understanding of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession, or People Analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR process design, employee lifecycle processes, and HR data concepts.
• Experience supporting implementation lifecycle activities such as requirements gathering, design, configuration support, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.
• Ability to work with both HR business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Strong consulting skills, including structured problem solving, stakeholder management, facilitation, documentation, and executive communication.
• Experience in the Middle East, public sector, large enterprise, or complex transformation environments is a plus.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
