The opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant with a software engineering mindset to design and implement AI-based automation solutions. This role requires identifying opportunities, building value-driven cases, and developing custom software and machine learning models to automate business processes.this role is for Karachi and Lahore. 

Your key responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Define business value and prepare ROI-driven business cases.
• Design, code, and deploy AI/ML-powered software applications and automation workflows.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Document technical solutions and support cross-functional collaboration.

Skills and attributes for success

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI/automation.
• Proficient in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience building production software, APIs, and automated workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
