The opportunity

The Senior Professional contributes specialized expertise to strategic banking initiatives, providing leadership across analysis, design, solutioning, and execution. 

The role will be based in our Rapid Innovations which is the Center of Excellence in Pakistan and will support the client engagements across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design across banking functions (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, Treasury).
• Provide advisory inputs on operating model design, governance frameworks, and business architecture, like roles supporting journey led transformation in banks. led transformation in banks.
• Support testing, UAT, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and lead smaller workstreams.
• Deliver thought leadership around banking trends, digitalization, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with enterprise, data, and integration teams for cross functional solutions.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields. 

• 7+ years in Financial Services with expertise in at least one domain (Lending, Payments, Channels, AML/KYC, Core Banking). 

• Strong requirements management, analytical, and communication skills. 

• Experience in both Agile and traditional project delivery.
