PM/PS: 

The opportunity

We are looking for an SAP EAM (PM & PS) Consultant with domain experience in Plant Maintenance and Project systems with Integration knowledge of the respective modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS) implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and EY methodologies.
• Conduct business process analysis for maintenance management and project planning, mapping requirements to SAP PM/PS functionalities.
• Configure and customize SAP PM and PS modules, including work centers, maintenance plans, notifications, orders, WBS elements, networks, and cost planning.
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and deliver end-user training, prepare documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system enhancements or updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing) and stakeholders to integrate PM/PS with other SAP modules.
• Advise clients on best practices for asset management, preventive maintenance, and project execution within SAP.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including integration with IoT, mobility solutions and analytics.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in SAP Digital Transformation and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) / PS (Project System) implementations.
• Minimum 3-4 full-cycle SAP PM and/or PS projects (including design, build, and deployment).
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM (Preventive Maintenance, Notifications, Orders, Work Centers, Maintenance Planning) and SAP PS (WBS, Networks, Cost Planning, Budgeting).
• Familiarity with integration points with MM, FI/CO, and other modules.
• Understanding of SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies and end-to-end program lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work in complex, multi-country environments.
