The Opportunity

EY Pakistan Technology Consulting is expanding its SAP practice and is seeking experienced SAP professionals across multiple functional and technical skill areas. Successful candidates will support SAP transformation programs, SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, managed services, and digital innovation initiatives for clients in Pakistan and across the MENA region.

We are hiring SAP Consultants in the following skill areas:

·       SAP BASIS

·       SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP and Integration

·       SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

·       SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PP/QM)

Your Key Responsibilities

·       Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and support engagements.

·       Conduct requirements-gathering, process-discovery, fit-to-standard, and solution-design workshops.

·       Translate business and technical requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

·       Prepare functional or technical specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and delivery documentation.

·       Execute unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare activities.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional SAP, infrastructure, security, integration, data, and business teams.

·       Provide client-facing advisory, stakeholder updates, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.

·       Apply SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate to the engagement.

Skill-Specific Requirements

SAP BASIS Consultant

·       4+ years of SAP BASIS administration and technical delivery experience.

·       Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape design, installations, upgrades, patching, kernel upgrades, add-on management, system refreshes, and client administration.

·       Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database installation and administration, including monitoring, backups, performance housekeeping, and lifecycle maintenance.

·       Experience delivering Greenfield and Brownfield implementations across on-premises and SAP private or public cloud deployment models.

·       Knowledge of SAP SSO, certificates, SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, Content Server, high availability, security, and technical integrations.

·       Ability to plan migrations and conversions with robust cutover, rollback, change-governance, and operational-readiness controls.

SAP ABAP, Fiori, BTP and Integration Consultant

·       3-5+ years of SAP technical development experience.

·       Strong hands-on ABAP experience covering reports, enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, CDS Views, interfaces, forms, and ABAP on HANA.

·       Experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and OData services.

·       Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration/CPI, Integration Suite, APIs, middleware, and extension scenarios.

·       Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations, data migrations, performance tuning, technical testing, and production support.

·       Strong understanding of SAP coding standards, security, modern development practices, Agile delivery, and DevOps concepts.

SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant

·       4-6+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementations.

·       Strong knowledge of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and related SAP HCM sub-modules.

·       Knowledge of relevant SuccessFactors solutions such as Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, and Compensation.

·       Experience in business-process analysis, configuration, schemas and rules, interfaces, testing, user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

·       Experience across at least three full-cycle SAP HCM projects; SuccessFactors project experience is an advantage.

·       Ability to support large-scale, cloud-based, and multi-country HR transformation programs while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.

SAP PP/QM Consultant

·       3-6+ years of SAP consulting experience focused on Production Planning and Quality Management.

·       Experience across at least three to four end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including Explore, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare.

·       Hands-on PP expertise covering demand management, MRP, planning strategies, BOMs, routings, work centers, capacity planning, production versions, and production/process orders.

·       Hands-on QM expertise covering inspection planning, inspection types, results and defect recording, quality notifications, usage decisions, sampling, certificates, and CAPA processes.

·       Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and integration with MM, SD, PM, EWM/WM, FI/CO, PS, and TM.

·       Exposure to PP/DS, MES, IBP, DMC, batch management, handling units, or advanced manufacturing capabilities is advantageous.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

·       A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

·       Relevant SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, migration, or support experience within the selected skill area.

·       Experience working in complex enterprise environments and collaborating with multicultural or geographically distributed teams.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·       Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within demanding timelines.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

·       Relevant SAP certification within the selected module or technology area.

·       Previous consulting experience and exposure to clients in Pakistan, the MENA region, or other international markets.

·       Experience in service, manufacturing, public-sector, utilities, or other complex industries.
