The opportunity

We are looking for a mid-level PMO professional with experience in managing SAP implementation programs, ensuring governance, compliance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence across complex transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities

· Support SAP project management activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, quality standards, and governance requirements.

·  Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, weekly status reports, and stakeholder updates.

·  Coordinate across functional and technical teams, including FICO, MM, SD, HR, ABAP, Basis, Data, Testing, and Change Management teams.

·  Facilitate project governance routines, steering committee preparation, workstream meetings, and action tracking.

·  Support risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and change control processes.

· Maintain project documentation, including business cases, scope statements, deliverable trackers, meeting minutes, and sign-off documentation.

·  Provide executive-level reporting and highlight key decisions, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

·  Ensure compliance with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies and support the end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle.

·  Collaborate with client stakeholders and EY teams to drive delivery discipline and project transparency.

Key Profile Requirements

·  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

·  3–6 years of experience in SAP Project Management, PMO, or technology transformation program support roles.

·  Strong understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle, project governance, and integration points across key SAP workstreams.

·  Prior experience in Oil & Gas, FMCG, Manufacturing, or large enterprise transformation projects is an advantage.

·  Strong proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent tools.

·  Experience preparing dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, project plans, and executive-level updates.

·  Understanding of SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

·  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and presentation skills.

·  Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-country environments with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
