Job Description:
As a Supervising Associate for Ripples, you will be at the forefront of managing and expanding our Corporate Responsibility (CR) and Sustainability initiatives across Pakistan. Your role will involve strategizing, developing, and implementing activities and partnerships that resonate with local demands while aligning with our global CR strategy. You will be the driving force behind engaging our employees in Ripples activities and ensuring the successful delivery of our global CR strategy.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CR and Sustainability plan for Pakistan in line with the global CR strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various offices in Pakistan to encourage active participation in Ripples activities
- Establish and nurture partnerships with local organizations, NGOs, and community leaders to advance our CR objectives
- Coordinate and oversee the rollout of the MENA Pakistan CR supervisor Associate program, aimed at reinforcing our commitment to societal and environmental betterment
- Monitor and report on the progress of CR initiatives, ensuring that they contribute to our overarching purpose
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for CR projects and activities
- Serve as a CR ambassador, representing the company at local events and forums related to sustainability and corporate responsibility
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to promote CR initiatives and achievements both internally and externally.

- Ability to understand and articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style
- Deft in devising an engaging narrative technique to communicate impactful business stories
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of content strategy principles and processes
- Deft in writing, editing and has a way with words

To qualify for the role, you must have
- `A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related area
- Proven track record of managing CR initiatives and building stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of local cultural nuances and the ability to tailor initiatives to local contexts
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and local languages.
