EY Academy - Senior Consultant - FAAS - Pakistan

About the Role

The Senior Consultant will play a central role in managing end-to-end operational and proposal-related activities for EY Academy engagements across the MENA region, with a primary focus on Qatar engagements. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, PMO, QRM, and Business Development, acting as a key bridge between BD, delivery teams, risk functions, and finance.

This role requires strong FAAS MENA in-house experience, deep familiarity with EY internal systems and governance (QRM, PACE, Bridge, Hiring Tool, SAP/Canvas), and the ability to independently manage complex, concurrent engagements while maintaining compliance with EY policies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to the below

1. Operations & Engagement Management

The Senior Consultant will lead the operations workstream for EY Academy engagements, including:

• Managing end-to-end operational lifecycle of engagements from award to close-out
• Preparing, reviewing, and managing Statements of Work (SoWs) and engagement letters, including coordination of required approvals and deviations
• Completing and maintaining PACE, Bridge, and all required engagement documentation
• Coordinating with QRM, GCO, legal, and compliance teams to obtain necessary clearances
• Managing engagement codes, purchase orders, invoices, and closure activities
• Overseeing invoicing and collections, including follow-ups with clients and internal finance teams
• Ensuring complete and timely Canvas documentation and engagement close-out

2. Proposal Development & Business Support

The Senior Consultant will take a hands-on role in proposal development, including:

• Supporting and, where required, leading operational and commercial inputs to proposals
• Preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposal sections related to delivery approach, resourcing, timelines, and governance
• Coordinating internal inputs for pricing, delivery model, and risk considerations
• Supporting commercial gate calls and internal approval processes
• Maintaining high-quality proposal documentation in line with EY standards
• Acting as an operational bridge between Business Development and Delivery teams during bid and handover phases

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong FAAS MENA in-house experience (mandatory)
• Experience at Senior Consultant level within EY or a similar professional services firm
• Proven experience in operations management, PMO, and proposal support
• Strong working knowledge of EY systems and processes, including:
• QRM
• PACE
• Bridge
• Hiring Tool
• Engagement letters & SoWs
• Canvas / invoicing workflows
• Experience supporting Qatar or GCC engagements is highly preferred
