The role will be based in our Karachi centre of excellence and will support client engagements across the MENA region.

As a Training & Development consultant or senior consultant, you will be supporting the EY MENA Training team on proposal development and execution of training solutions with our clients. You will have the ability to produce high-quality proposal content and training materials that are visually aesthetic and aligned to EY branding guidelines. This is a fast-paced collaborative team environment requiring you to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.  Ideally you will have a working knowledge of learning and development best practices and digital learning

You will be a firm believer in action and display commitment towards making our internal and external customers successful. Through guidance from senior team members, you will do this by collaborating with Subject-Matter Resources (SMRs), trainers and others involved in training delivery.

Moreover, you will be responsible for collaborating directly with senior members of the team and training SMRs to develop and submit proposals to clients. You will work with engagement managers and SMRs to gather training needs from clients and produce required deliverables and reports while providing external research related to training deliverables to senior team members as required. Plus, you will assist facilitators with managing training logistics and hosting training delivery and senior team members with drafting engagement contracts, billing, and other administrative tasks. Furthermore, you will proactively support engagement managers with communications to the clients.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience working in training industry, L&D consulting, organizational development, human resource development fields
  • Strong English communication skills – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting, as this role is collaborative with internal and external customers
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage self in high pressure environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • A minimum of 3 plus years of related work experience with a bachelor’s business degree (or certifications related to above) from any stream

 

Ideally you will also have

 

  • Some experience delivering training
  • Prior experience working in international markets
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus
