The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent project management skills and a willingness to learn about FAAS risk management. Candidates with exposure to EY tools (e.g., Canvas, PACE, etc.) will be preferred.
Your key responsibilities
As Consultant, you will:
- Assist leaders in monitoring all EY Academy projects (ongoing and in the pipeline) to ensure and report on a timely basis on the project economics, delivery status, billing and payments, etc.
- Coordinate and follow up internally to ensure the projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and there are no project overruns.
- Provide high quality reports to the leaders on the EY Academy projects including detailed reasoning for any project delays and overruns.
- Assist EY Academy teams in the internal Quality and Risk Management (QRM) process and approvals.
- Assist in the design and delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the local market.
- Support business development efforts to expand the academy's reach and impact.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

To qualify for this role:
- ACCA (part qualified) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in project management and command over MS Office.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- A background in education, training, or a related field.
