The opportunity

As an Account Coordinator / Account Manager within EY's Client Excellence team, you will play an important role in supporting strategic account management activities across some of EY's most significant client relationships.

Working closely with Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs), account leadership teams, industry leaders and service line stakeholders, you will help coordinate account priorities, support account planning activities, strengthen client intelligence and contribute to growth initiatives across strategic accounts.

You will support the execution of account plans, facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders, monitor key opportunities and actions, and help account teams deliver exceptional client experiences.

This opportunity is ideally suited to professionals with experience in account management, client relationship management, business development support, consulting, sales operations or professional services who enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic account plans across priority client accounts.
  • Coordinate account activities and support the delivery of key account objectives and growth priorities.
  • Work closely with GCSPs, account teams and service line stakeholders to support account management initiatives.
  • Coordinate account governance activities, account reviews, leadership meetings and planning sessions.
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline activity, client engagement initiatives and key deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze and organize client, market, industry and account intelligence to support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, account updates and briefing materials.
  • Track actions, risks, opportunities and deliverables to support effective execution and follow-through.
  • Facilitate collaboration across account teams, service lines and geographic teams.
  • Support account planning workshops and strategic growth discussions through research and analysis.
  • Help identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Support client engagement activities through proactive communication, coordination and stakeholder management.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 1-3 years of relevant experience within account management, client relationship management, business development, consulting, sales operations, markets, client service or a related field.
  • Exposure to stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, dashboards or business updates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience within a professional services, consulting, corporate or client-facing environment.
  • Experience supporting strategic client accounts, client portfolios or business development initiatives.
  • Exposure to account planning, client engagement and growth enablement activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of sales, account management or client relationship management principles.
