The opportunity

This role supports the Experience Management (XM) function in driving day‑to‑day workforce planning and resource management for Assurance Service line. You will be responsible for optimizing resource deployment, maintaining accurate allocation data, and supporting EY’s talent and business performance priorities. You will also contribute to operational efficiency by leveraging AI‑enabled and automation tools to enhance reporting accuracy and streamline routine processes.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely booking entries to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage employee utilization to achieve target KPIs.
  • Prepare scheduled reporting, including allocation and utilization reports for stakeholders.
  • Partner with Audit teams to align resource requirements with available skills and competencies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily team operations.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks, identify utilization trends, and generate data‑driven insights that support proactive workforce planning.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially intermediate to advance level MS excel).
  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Ideally, you’ll also

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft automation tools.
  • Have exposure to task automation, AI‑supported reporting, or workflow optimization tools.
  • Bring experience in workforce planning or business operations within professional services.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
  • Have experience working in high‑performing teams.
  • Bring people management and development exposure.
