The opportunity
The EY Immigration Team in the Pakistan office are responsible for the visa processing of over 1800 employees in Pakistan along with their dependants, as a Visa & Immigration coordinator you will support the EY visa team in all immigration related operations.
Reporting to the MENA Business Travel Leader, you will be the focal point for all EY employees, you will be responsible for handling immigration and visa requests, explain the required process and procedures to employees
Your key responsibilities
As a Visa & Immigration Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing all related documents, follow up with the employees and government agencies for MENA visa processes and travel arrangements for learning events attendees.
Skills and attributes for success
Visa & Immigration
- Manage end‑to‑end visa and immigration processes for Pakistan travelers going to MENA locations, including coordination with applicants, preparation of required documentation, and communication with vendors and stakeholders.
- Support employees apply for visa to Pakistan in a timely manner
- Maintain consolidated records for visa, travel, and training‑related documentation.
Travel & Mobilization
- Oversee travel and logistical arrangements for secondees and training participants across MENA, ensuring compliance with required approvals.
- Support ongoing traveler needs, including visa extensions.
Coordination & Document Handling
- Coordinate secure preparation and dispatch of documents with internal teams.
- Ensure proper handling of all immigration‑related documentation in line with EY confidentiality standards.
Finance & Vendor Management
- Track and reconcile immigration‑related expenses, cash logs, and supporting documents.
- Review and verify vendor invoices and provide required clarifications to approve when needed.
Collaboration & Service Delivery
- Work closely with colleagues, escalate issues proactively, and maintain strong communication across teams.
- Manage workload effectively while upholding EY values, accuracy, and service quality.
To qualify for the role you must have
- At least 3-4 years of previous experience in a similar coordinator role
- Knowledge of Labour and Immigration requirements
- Confidentiality and Integrity, as this role requires dealing with employees’ personal documentation and upholding EY’s values, brand and reputation
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
