The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the Growth Drivers team in executing strategic initiatives, managing reporting processes, and ensuring smooth operational coordination. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive impactful business outcomes across multiple priorities.

Your key responsibilities

• Support activation strategy and processes for Growth Drivers initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to execute strategy and prepare presentations, reports, and materials for strategy meetings.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize reports and presentations, including managing Power BI dashboards.
• Proactively liaise with account team members to ensure alignment and progress on Growth Driver initiatives.
• Assist in managing the annual revenue planning process.
• Coordinate Sales & Pipeline Hygiene activities, supporting CRM (Client Relationship Management) processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-ups, and maintaining key documentation.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools—particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure while managing tight deadlines.
• Upholds integrity and professionalism while handling highly confidential client information.
• Committed to adhering to EY policies and promoting compliance among colleagues.
• Proven ability to balance multiple project requirements and maintain high attention to detail.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
