​EY Rapid Innovation 

As a Multinational Member Firm in the EY network, Rapid Innovation, based in Karachi, exclusively provides its services to MENA based EY Member Firms to support audit and non-audit engagements across the MENA region, excluding Pakistan.  The work is executed remotely by working virtually with our MENA onshore teams and sometime may require travel to MENA EY offices.

​The opportunity 

Rapid Innovation is looking to recruit a Data Capture associate in our center of excellence in Karachi Pakistan. 

​Your key responsibilities 

As a Associate you will support the MENA practice where you will include supporting the audit teams in extracting, transforming, and loading client data for audit engagements using specialized analytical software and data extraction tools, while supporting audit teams in extracting data from clients and in transforming & analyzing large volume of data, relating to audit clients.

Moreover, you must have a very good communication skills and should be able to work closely with the audit team and client to extract data from different ERP’s / Accounting systems.

This role will be done both remotely and through travel to MENA offices.

You will also help prepare for virtual meetings, participate in these meetings, and assist in preparing for these meetings where required. 

You will be expected to actively establish internal relationships and where possible identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate. You'll confirm that the work you deliver is of high quality.

​To qualify for the role, you must have 

• Strong academic record, including a bachelor's degree in STEM Graduate / ACCA
• A good understanding of data management tools (ETL Tools) like Alteryx, SQL, MS Excel, and other data management tools
• Good communications skills 
• You may also have a knowledge of different ERP’s / Accounting software

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Should be opened to working during MENA working days (Sun – Thu) depending on the office the person is supporting
