The opportunity

The Project Manager oversees delivery of banking transformation initiatives, ensuring on time, on budget, and high-quality execution across regulatory, digital, and operational workstreams. 

The role will be based in our Rapid Innovations which is the Center of Excellence in Pakistan and will support the client engagements across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead complex multiteam programs including core banking modernization, digital onboarding, risk, or compliance transformation. 

• Develop detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance models aligned to banking program structures. 

• Manage stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Vendor/SI partners. 

• Apply Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methods where appropriate, consistent with largescale transformation governance found in banking engagements.  

• Track KPIs, budget, resources, and sprint/phase execution. 

• Lead steering committee updates and drive issue resolution. 

• Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational risk compliance during delivery. 

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred. 

• 6–10 years of project/program management in Banking or Financial Services. 

• Proven experience in technology transformation, core banking upgrades, or largescale digital programs. 

• Strong vendor and stakeholder management
