The opportunity

We are currently searching for a motivated, passionate Technical Junior Project Manager to join our consulting team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will need to work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with internal teams from research and design to development to bring client objectives to life!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver medium to large size – experience driven web development projects
• Prepare project documentation: Project Management Plans, Technical System Design, Comms and Change Requests
• Gather and interpret project requirements in order to deploy resources in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
• Ability to manage project milestones, timelines and resources for various projects simultaneously throughout each project’s lifecycle
• Arbitrate resource or task conflicts and create systems to minimize conflicts
• Work closely with our Creative, Experience and Technical teams on an ongoing basis and ensure project requirements are met according to clients’ requirements
• Ensure timely updates are being communicated to clients
• Provide Training to clients on how to use the website’s content management system

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in project planning, execution and project risk management

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of web technologies and content management systems
• Passion for User Experience Design and web strategy
• Prior experience in digital agency / consulting firms will be an added advantage
