The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain applications and solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of business processes, and experience delivering scalable low-code/no-code solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Flows), and Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and external data sources.
• Develop and manage custom connectors, APIs, and plugins where required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and provide support for existing Power Platform applications.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and licensing changes.
  
• Create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and user training materials.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SQL, or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript, and Azure services (preferred).
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of security roles, data policies, and governance within Power Platform.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
