Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will be conducting basic analyses required to support M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side engagements, as well as mergers and capital raises. You will be required to support business development efforts to win mandates for such transactions, and support the preparation of teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and similar documents, as well as offers and process documents. In addition, you will be required to support in the preparation of board documents and other stakeholder engagements.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Assist in researching and preparing transaction documentation, as outlined above
  • Excellent research and basic analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and clear thinking on transaction principles

 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

  • 1 - 2 experience in a Corporate Finance Environment
  • Professional qualification (CA or law) will be an advantage
