Pursuit Coordinator 1
Job description
This individual provides day-to-day assistance in a variety of pursuit support roles to assist the Pursuit Team, in producing quality winning proposals.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Pursuit Strategist in the management of the pursuit process
- Research and present preliminary information on the client (client packs) as directed by the Pursuit Strategist
- Proactively provide pursuit teams with local and global best practice
- Provide on-going support to the Pursuit Strategist / Pursuit Leader with first draft of deliverables, including content, presentations, meeting agendas, booklets and pursuit tools (such as pursuit timeline and action plans)
- Develops and collates team members CVs as well as credentials and case studies, ensuring standardisation
- Co-ordinates and follows-up on action items within the pursuit engagement team following direction from Pursuit Strategist
- Reviews final documents against proposal quality checklist and against RFP, including collation of mandatory information
- Supports with ad-hoc queries and requests for assistance on pursuit deliverables
- Occasionally co-ordinate a pursuit meeting in absence of Pursuit Strategist from an action / to do list point of view
- Schedule meetings as and when required during the pursuit process
- Updating of Pursuits databases and libraries, including the DAT Portal, Serving as the “hub” of all pursuit-related client-facing materials
- Aligning and managing administrative resources (Creative Services, BMC, Knowledge, GDS etc.) for key pursuit materials
- Take initiative in developing pursuit skills beyond shadowing the Pursuit Strategist
- Being highly responsive to our pursuit teams needs and seeking continuous feedback
- Being insightful through proactively sharing relevant insights
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in solid project management
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- MS Office skills (PowerPoint, WORD, EXCEL etc)
- Attention to detail
