Overview

Our Technology Consulting practice supports internal audit teams by delivering IT audit services, with a focus on IT General Controls (ITGC), governance, and risk management. As a Manager, you will lead complex engagements, oversee the delivery of high-quality IT audit services, manage client relationships, and develop high-performing teams.

The Opportunity You will be responsible for managing multiple client engagements, leading teams, and driving high-quality audit outcomes. This role provides the opportunity to strengthen your leadership capabilities while building trusted client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Engagement Management

• Lead and manage multiple IT audit engagements simultaneously.
• Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to EY quality standards.
• Review and sign off on key deliverables before issuance.

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engagement matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management and audit committees.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support business development initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Senior Associates, Associates, and graduates.
• Drive performance management and career development discussions.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.

Risk Assessment & Compliance

• Provide technical oversight on complex IT audit engagements.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and challenge audit findings and recommendations to ensure quality and value.

Updated Qualifications & Experience

• 5-7+ years' experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, Technology Risk, or IT Assurance.
• Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
• Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• CISA required.
• Additional certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CIA, CISM, or CGEIT would be advantageous.
