Executive Assistant - Audit of the Future.Now Transition Support

- Role Purpose
As part of the Audit of the Future.Now programme, this Executive Assistant role supports a central PMO‑led transition team responsible for preparing audit engagements for Canvas Release 1 enablement. The role supports smooth project delivery through focused administrative coordination, workflow transition support, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.
You will help ensure audit teams are fully prepared for the rollout of new digital workflows, standardised methods, and quality‑focused processes that underpin EY’s commitment to delivering high‑quality audits.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for transformation leaders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems (Teams).
B. Project & Transformation Coordination
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, and timeline updates across workstreams.
- Assist with preparation of Stakeholder reporting packs, status reports, and dashboards.
- Track risks, actions, and dependencies as guided by Project Leads.
- Support onboarding of new joiners
C. Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Draft high‑quality emails, announcements, and change‑management messages.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and leadership briefings.
- Manage stakeholder lists, distribution groups, and communication trackers.
D. Team Operations & Culture
- Support team recognition initiatives and engagement activities.
- Maintain access rights, permissions, and platform onboarding for tools.
- Ensure smooth team operations across onshore, near‑shore and offshore teams.
3. Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and potentially)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
