Opportunity Overview
EY is strengthening its leadership capability within Business Transformation to support a growing pipeline of complex ERP and digital transformation programmes. These include large, multi-year initiatives requiring experienced Programme Leads with strong delivery credentials and PMP certification.
Role Description
As a PMP Certified Business Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, acting as Programme Lead across ERP and digital implementations.
You will engage at executive level, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive programme governance and delivery across complex environments. This role includes responsibility for multi-million-dollar programmes, including long-term engagements (e.g. public sector programmes), ensuring alignment to client objectives and successful execution at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programmes
- Act as Programme Lead for ERP and technology-enabled initiatives
- Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and steering committees
- Manage senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives
- Oversee multiple delivery workstreams and teams
- Manage programme risks, financials, and dependencies
- Support business development and pipeline conversion
- Mentor and develop Managers and junior team members

Technical Requirements
- PMP certification (mandatory)

- Proven track record as Programme Lead on large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of programme governance and delivery frameworks
- Experience managing multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery environments
