Opportunity Overview
EY Consulting’s Business Transformation practice supports clients in delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformation programmes, including ERP implementations and upgrades (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Due to a strong pipeline of multi-million-dollar engagements, we are expanding our capability by hiring PMP-certified professionals at Manager level to support programme delivery across industries.
Role Description
As a PMP Certified Business Transformation Manager, you will support the delivery of complex transformation programmes, with a strong focus on ERP-enabled initiatives. Working closely with Programme Leads, you will be responsible for structured execution, governance, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
You will play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence, supporting stakeholders across business and IT functions, and contributing to the successful implementation of technology transformation programmes aligned to client strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
- Manage programme governance, reporting, and tracking (including RAID management)
- Coordinate workstreams, timelines, and interdependencies
- Support stakeholder engagement across client leadership and delivery teams
- Develop and maintain programme artefacts and reporting packs
- Ensure adherence to EY delivery methodologies and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and business stakeholders

Technical Requirements
- PMP certification (mandatory)

- Knowledge of programme governance frameworks and methodologies
- Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
