Job Summary
The Accounts Coordinator will make a significant contribution towards enabling the firm’s prioritised Growth Drivers, which include Alliances, Managed Services and Big Bets/Solutions. This will be done by collaborating with the Growth Drivers’ Leaders, Industry Leaders and Global Client Service Partners (GCSPs), and supporting the comprehensive execution of end-to-end account management based on the Anatomy of a Priority Account Framework. The Accounts Coordinator will report into the Business Development Operations Lead and respective Growth Drivers’ Leaders, including working closely with Account Teams, Engagement Delivery Teams as well as the Markets & Business Development Team. The Accounts Coordinator will collaborate with relevant EY Global Teams as well as EY third parties, such as Alliances, Ecosystems and Delivery Partners.
To be effective in this role, the Accounts Coordinator will be required to understand and support Growth Drivers, whose implementation will be prioritised especially in the firm’s priority accounts. Understanding the solutions that Growth Drivers provide and how this relates to improving our clients’ businesses will be key. The role will require a proactive approach in leveraging EY’s ecosystems, capabilities and assets to drive client success, while also fostering knowledge sharing across accounts to enhance performance of Growth Drivers. Where required, the Accounts Coordinator will immediately escalate matters to the Business Development Operations Lead or Growth Drivers’ Leaders for resolution.
Essential Functions of the Job
Enabling solutions related to Alliances, Managed Services and Big Bets

- Develop good knowledge and understanding of solutions related to Alliances, Managed Services and Big Bets;
- Champion the rollout of these solutions to clients, prioritising our priority accounts;
- Build a good working relationships with relevant EY and external stakeholders;
- Facilitate contracting between EY and third parties, incorporating EY Global Framework Agreements;
- Keep stakeholders appraised on key developments and thought leadership relating to Growth Drivers’ solutions; and
- Be responsive to all stakeholders’ queries and sharing feedback timeously.
- Know your customer
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the account landscape and priority accounts details;
- Be clear about the account stakeholder ecosystem and respective interests;
- Manage implementation of BD related client events such as showcasing Growth Drivers;
- Keep abreast of key activities in priority accounts through LENS/CRM and support Growth Driver related activities;
- Consolidate Growth Drivers’ related client insights with Industry Leaders, GCSPs and account Field of Play (FOP) Leaders / Engagement Partners (EPs); and
- Be responsive to all stakeholders’ queries and sharing feedback timeously.
- Account revenue planning and tracking
- Understand the Anatomy of a Priority Account (AoA) Framework and champion application towards enhancing revenue from Growth Drivers at clients;
- Facilitate Growth Drivers related annual account revenue planning related activities with respective GCSPs, FoP Account Leaders and account teams;
- Promote and leverage the available reporting dashboards and metrics – AoA Dashboard, Revenue Achievement Report, Sales & Pipe Report, LENS, etc;
- Based on implementation of the AoA Framework, undertake regular Growth Drivers’ reviews against planned milestones and targets;
- Keep Industry Leaders, GCSPs and account teams appraised about the performance of Growth Drivers in priority accounts;
- Proactively highlight risks and issues with respect to revenue performance of Growth Drivers;
- Understand account support related processes and systems and ensure that data quality remains complete and accurate; and
- Investigate and resolve instances of incorrect reporting.
- Pursuits management
- Contribute to Growth Drivers’ related pipeline growth by supporting pursuits teams with required collateral;
- Has a good understanding of Growth Drivers’ related leads and opportunities that EY is pursuing in respective priority accounts;
- Keep Growth Drivers’ related pipeline data updated (address lapsed pipe, new opportunities, won opportunities and lost/declined opportunities);
- Initiate and track win/loss reviews for Growth Drivers’ related opportunities, sharing feedback with GCSPs and account teams; and
- Maintain the lapsed pipe rate under 5%.
- Client experience
- Deliver consistent high quality account management services to Industry Leaders, GCSPs and account teams;
- Champion and support GCSPs and account teams in continuously improving the client experience;
- Promote and encourage use of the Wavespace for immersive client experiences and internal discovery sessions;
- Consolidate and analyse client experience related feedback in response to Growth Drivers’ related solutions, share highlights with GCSPs and account teams covering strengths and development areas; and
- Build relationships and work with relevant teams including the General Counsel Organisation and Risk Management teams to expedite Growth Drivers’ related matters.
- Knowledge and learning management
- Liaise with respective EY Knowledge professionals/ sector specialists to provide relevant knowledge and insights to account teams;
- Maintain catalogue and/or ensure catalogue of database of proposals submitted, key deliverables (non-confidential), case studies and credentials from Engagement Partners / Managers remain up to date;
- Share/enable access to required collateral to enable GCSPs, account teams and pursuit teams to respond to client needs; and
- Commit to on-going professional development, staying abreast of EY offerings, Growth Drivers’ solutions, industry trends, and account management best practices e.g. Anatomy of a Priority Account Framework, Account Management Framework, Sector Training, Systems Training, Lead Badges, amongst others.

Job Requirements
Education:
- University degree or equivalent related qualification.
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience; and
- Experience in a large Global organisation preferred.
