Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee data support and conduct all activities related to onboarding process for all new joiners.
  • Manage employee data verification and validation in providing letter of employment requests for various purposes.
  • Support employee data document verification and validation for formalities matters (work and stay permit for expatriates).
  • Manage employee data thoroughness, completeness, reconciliations, analysis, and reporting for various purposes (including but not limited to: employee personal file's archival and retention, etc.).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Exposure to HR Generalist or Employee Relations position within minimum 1 or 2 consecutive years.
  • Experience in formalities matter (work and stay permit for expatriates) is a plus.
  • Good experience in using Microsoft Excel and any other Microsoft applications (PowerPoint and Word).
  • Proficiency in English, both active and passive.
  • Meticulous and attention to details.
